We at Casa Vento have settled in the sunny and quiet Ribeira Brava in Madeira. This is also where our Canyoning base is located, from where we set off with you to experience the incomparable canyon. The place offers a warm climate all year round, from our terrace we have a spectacular view over the Atlantic Ocean and the mountain arch that marks the border with the Paul da Serra plateau.
We meet on day trips to distribute material and for a first briefing at the holiday home Casa Vento Madeira at nine o'clock, unless we specify a different time in the confirmation. It is our goal that you can take a perfectly fitting wetsuit with you on tour. Of course, all of the canyoning material complies with the currently valid CE standards. You get an individually adjustable mountaineering helmet, a canyoning harness with a double lanyard and abseiling device as well as a special canyoning backpack and a waterproof box for your lunch. For left-handers, we have special harnesses that are mounted inverted. Upon request, we will prepare a delicious packed lunch for you, so you are always well strengthened during the tour.
For the transfer to the selected canyon, depending on the group size and composition, we use our vehicle or you simply drive to the meeting point on your own, which we program with you into the navigation device. If your holiday accommodation is near the canyon, we can meet there and we will bring your material. Alternatively, pick up is also possible.
If you have booked a canyoning holiday, your stay in Madeira begins with the airport transfer. We are waiting for you right at the exit.
For your arrival, you can simply navigate to Casa Vento Madeira with Google Maps, unfortunately google does not know the street name where we are located. You can park on the opposite side of Casa Vento, next to the old house.
